Working Time Directive

The system has been developed to record:

• Shift start and end times
• Attendance times
• Breaks times
• Periods of Availability
• Statutory and additional leave
• Sick leave and compassionate leave
• Working time for other employers
• Non-working days

The information provided allows a user to report and enquire upon: -

• Average hours per week
• Maximum hours per week
• Maximum hours per day (night workers)
• Available hours in current week

The module will support different reference periods: -

• Fixed calendar option
• Fixed reference period (17 or 26 week)
• Rolling reference periods (17 or 26 week)
