Supplier Rating / Supplier Self Billing

This module allows you to set up a matrix of agreed rates for paying suppliers; owner drivers and sub-contractors.

Once a supplier has been allocated to a job the system will generate a Rate Confirmation Note. Once delivery has been confirmed a Supplier Self Bill can be generated.

The rules that can be applied when setting up the supplier rate matrix include:-

• Rate per mile
• Fixed rate for travelling from location to location
• Rates for travelling from postcode to postcode

And the rates can be calculated based on...

• Individual haulage leg
• Most expensive permutation of a route
• Quantity/Amounts being carried
• As a Percentage of the total revenue received for a job.
