Non Conformance

To meet the growing needs of customer performance reporting the Non Conformance module has been developed to ensure data collation is made in a structured manner, allowing reports/analysis to be made upon it.

At a customer level, defaults can be set to ensure that any variances from the original booking criteria are analysed. The following trigger a non-conformance to be recorded:

  • Change in booked collection or delivery time
  • Change in collection or delivery address
  • Change in commodity/quantity
  • Late deliveries
  • Short deliveries
  • Failed Deliveries
  • Planed versus actual differences at de-brief and POD stages

There are a number of screen enquiries and reports available within this module.

Non Conformance Summary:-

  • In instances where ‘actuals’ differ from requested, reason codes can be recorded
  • Typically these relate to quantity collected/delivered and time of arrival at collection/delivery
  • Comprehensive reporting is also available
