Non Conformance
To meet the growing needs of customer performance reporting the Non Conformance module has been developed
to ensure data collation is made in a structured manner, allowing reports/analysis to be made upon it.
At a customer level, defaults can be set to ensure that any variances from the original booking criteria
are analysed. The following trigger a non-conformance to be recorded:
- Change in booked collection or delivery time
- Change in collection or delivery address
- Change in commodity/quantity
- Late deliveries
- Short deliveries
- Failed Deliveries
- Planed versus actual differences at de-brief and POD stages
There are a number of screen enquiries and reports available within this module.
Non Conformance Summary:-
- In instances where ‘actuals’ differ from requested, reason codes can be recorded
- Typically these relate to quantity collected/delivered and time of arrival at collection/delivery
- Comprehensive reporting is also available
