Maintenance Management
The External Maintenance system allows a user to record maintenance that has been undertaken as
part of a contract (i.e. at no cost to the user) or as ad-hoc maintenance (i.e. outside the scope of
a contract if one exists). Against a maintenance file you are able to record any labour, parts or
miscellaneous costs that are incurred. When raising an External Job Ticket, the system will raise a
PO number which by default enables you to easily track the status of all third party jobs and
invoices.
