Invoicing

This module supports the generation of invoices in a number of different formats. The invoice format is defined at customer level but may be overridden at job level if desired. Invoice types include:-

• Single
• Weekly
• Monthly
• Total
• Compound
• Self Billing (Customer)

Miscellaneous invoices or credit notes can also be created.

All sales invoices and credits (including discrepancy invoices/credits for self billing) may be posted automatically to the Sales Ledger provided that the necessary interface is in place.

Such system generated documents can also be published on Enterprise Transport Management’s Operational Web Site using technology available within most Document Scanning systems.
