To meet the varied requirements of our customers, we have developed a number of alternative In Cab solutions linked to Enterprise Transport Management.

From simple route updates by mobile phone to full vehicle tracking and on-line communication, a full suite of options is available.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) /Text Updates

By using only a mobile phone, collection/delivery information can be relayed to the host system without intervention from an operator back at base. By using either fixed text message responses or interactive voice responses your own and sub-contract drivers can provide the information you require.

Different information can be recorded but typically includes the following:

• Shift Start Time and Odometer Reading
• Collection Point Arrival and Departure Times
• Quantity Collected
• Delivery Point Arrival and Departure Times
• Delivered Quantities
• Shift Finish Time and Odometer Reading

The system provides a low cost solution to the collation of route information in real time.

Positioning information can also be provided using existing mobile phone tracking devices such as Map a Mobile.
