Customer Rating

The Customer Rating module has been designed to facilitate the automatic rating of jobs as they enter the system. It allows you to set up single or multiple schedules for each customer. These can vary in complexity and are dependant on the commercial agreement in place with your customers. A rate can be established for as little as a case or pallet, or as much as a full load. Additional rates can be created for non-standard work, for example at weekends, same-day/next-day deliveries, or when a specific type of resource (refrigerated trailer, tail-lift etc ..) is required.
