ORDER MANAGEMENT 
Provides a consolidated view of order information that can be visible across the whole operation. This module makes the task of capturing and processing transactions quick and simple. Orders can be entered manually into the system, but can also be received electronically, therefore helping to reduce cost and improve efficiencies. 

 
 
 
 

POD MANAGEMENT  
Information recorded can be simply an acknowledgement of receipt of the POD to the storage of POD images and other associated documentation such as PEN and PCV notes for use by other departments.  This also incorporates the ability to make these images available to your customers via the Transport Management Web Portal

RATING
Schedules, or matrices, can be defined for both Customers and Suppliers. This means the system is able to capture revenue and cost at an early stage. Automated, in-built disciplines ensure that revenue is not missed when it is time to invoice the customer.

INVOICING 
This module supports the generation of invoices in a wide variety of formats over different time frames; daily, weekly, monthly etc. It is highly configurable to meet your specific customer needs. Invoices can be printed, emailed, posted on the web for immediate viewing and retrieval, or passed electronically to internal or customer based ledger systems.

TRANSPORT PLANNING 
Is centred around a flexible, drag and drop based gantt chart planning tool, which can be configured by individual user. Load consolidation, optimisation and resource allocation tasks are all completed here. The planner has complete visibility across the transport network.

DOCUMENTS 
Throughout the life cycle of a job various different documents are required to support the operation. These include Customer Order Acknowledgements, Supplier Job Confirmation Sheets, Driver Manifests and Road Notes, all of which can be produced as a standard. They can be printed, emailed or accessed and downloaded via the Transport Management Web Portal.

DEBRIEF 
Information can be recorded in a variety of ways; manually by the driver on return to depot, through sophisticated Voice Recognition systems, In-Cab Data Capture solutions and the Transport Management Web Portal, which can also be made available to suppliers providing real-time on-line debrief.

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION 
Being able to analyse revenue and cost, or profit and loss by contract, by depot, by week, or run utilisation and planning reports are a given.
