SOP SYSTEMS 
Interfacing to SOP systems such as SAP allows you to send and receive live operational information between you and your customer. Such integration means that our Transport Management solution can be a vital piece in the supply chain jigsaw. Whether you are operating in a JIT environment or have greater lead times with which to work, interfacing automates the flow of essential information.

PAYROLL
Payroll informaiton collected in the system from the drivers time sheets, the Working Time Directive module, Driver Rostering or through in-cab solutions, can be fed automatically across to Payroll systems.

This approach helps to reduce data entry duplication and eradicates human error.

WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT 
Integrating with your own or your customers warehousing system provides extended network visibility and removes the extensive administrative effort involved in manual data transfer. Plans made by transport can be fed through to the warehouse for picking/loading and the warehouse can immediately notify planning once loads are ready to be dispatched.

LEDGERS  
There are standard program interface files that allow 2-way transfer between Sales and Purchase ledgers, easing the manual administration burden and ensuring data accuracy.

FLEET MANAGEMENT 
Provides you with comprehensive information which enables you to look at vehicle performance and overall operating costs. The running costs and revenues are obtained from the daily activities managed in the TMS system whilst the running costs associated with keeping vehicles on the road come from the FMS module. Planned dates for VOR events such as services and MOT's are made visible to key users in the TMS system ensuring that vehicles and trailers are maintained as scheduled in line with VOSA regulations.
