Get this right and you're on a path to success, get it wrong and you're on the outside lane and last out of the starting blocks. We are here to make sure that doesn't happen and have a team of dedicated project managers and business analysts who know our software inside out. They already have an in-depth knowledge of your industry and so all that is left is for them to understand your specific operation and business requirements. We usually undertake software workshops to make sure that we've got it right and to give you confidence that we can deliver. Not every solution provider can or will do this. |

2. We DEFINE |

Our ultimate aim is to deliver the right solution that reflects your business requirements. One size does not always fit all and therefore delivering solutions 'out of the box' and shoehorning an operation around that, demands massive compromise and is destined for failure. Having got a thorough understanding of your requirements we provide a definition of your needs which is comprehensive but understandable and must be agreed before moving on to the development stage. Our solutions are rich in functionality and flexible in use and deployment. We don't believe in show-stoppers! Every challenge that we are faced with has an answer. 3. We IMPLEMENT and SUPPORT |

We believe that the best approach to any project is one of early collaboration and ongoing interaction. Some companies will install their software, give you a bit of training, leave a manual and then disappear off the face of the earth. If that's the kind of service you're after then we are NOT for you. Once the solution is in and working we review progress on a regular basis to ensure proper use of the system and that new users are adequately trained. We have experienced people in all the important elements of implementation which include project management, technical support, helpdesk and out of hours support, implementation and on-site support and user training. In fact whatever your need is, we have a team that can help. |

4. We MEASURE and EVOLVE |

Once an implementation project is complete we don't just forget about you, we remain in regular contact with you. Your project and account managers are responsible for ensuring that we continue to meet your business needs. That is where working in partnership plays another vital part. Periodically we will conduct a 'Health Check' of the Systems Implementation to make sure that you are getting the best out of the system. As your business grows and evolves so will your solution needs. Our software is designed with this in mind and can accommodate change easily. |
