FLEET ADMINISTRATION 
Lies at the heart of this fleet management solution and holds all of the key information relating to each individual asset item in your database. An asset can be defined as anything that you need to keep a record of. This module will enable you to field those everyday fleet enquries from departments, whether they are an end-user, a contract hire company, workshop manager or financial controller.  

 
 
 
 

 

HIRING 
This module covers two main operational functions; 'hiring in' and 'hiring out' of assets. Hiring In facilitates the recording of spot and short term hired items. On the flip side Hiring Out enables you to manage the hiring out of assets irrespective of whether the vehicle is owned by you or has initially been hired in. A rating schedule can be defined by vehicle type, make, model and hire duration. The customer is charged according to their contract/hire terms.

ASSET BUDGETS 
Provides you with the facility to create operating profiles for each vehicle type that exists in your  fleet portfolio. Against each profile you can stipulate what the expected spend per year will be in the areas of fuel usage, non-scheduled and scheduled maintenance, RFL and incidentals etc. Performance analysis reports will then be completed on a monthly basis for each vehicle based on it's assigned profile.     

 

ACCIDENT MANAGEMENT 
Records all details and costs associated with an accident. It allows you to record all of the circumstances relating to an accident including third party, witness, police and legal involvement. It seamlessly links to other key areas of the system such as Maintenance, Personnel and O-Licence, resulting in the provision of a comprehensive management tool that gives you the full picture.

 

FUEL MANAGEMENT 
Having accurate information at hand when analysing fleet performance including individual vehicle efficiencies is invaluable. Being able to charge departments and customers accurately for fuel usage is a must. So if you have your own fuel bunkers, have fuel cards with known suppliers or simply purchase your fuel on company credit cards we have a method for capturing the fuel drawings and costs that will suit your needs.

 

PERSONNEL 
Has been designed to record information that is relevant to the operational arm of a fleet and transport business, and therefore falls in line with the rules outlined in the Data Protection Act of 1998 which came into force in March 2000. Information such as relevant qualifications and training courses attended, Clothing and PPE issues, driving  licences, checks and endorsements, as well as accident history and emergency contacts is included in this module. 

O-LICENCE MANAGEMENT 
Is a comprehensive module that allows you to record all information pertaining to an assigned O-Licence. Information such as approved CPC Holders by location, allocated numbers and maximum levels is available. It also enables you to track vehicle movements, and record information relating to roadside checks and infringements. 

 

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION 
There's no point ploughing data into a system if you later find that you can't access it. That's why we are able to offer you a flexible approach to reporting. As you would expect the system has a suite of standard reports from which to choose, however, standard can mean different things to different people. Therefore, we also support the use of third party tools for ad-hoc report writing and will happily work with you to implement the right tool for the job.
