Focusing on Finance

Whether you are managing a fleet of 10 or 10,000 vehicles, keeping on top of all the financial aspects can be challenging.

Financial information should be readily available and easy to understand!

How often do you find it difficult to reconcile between what the operational people are saying and what the figures actually say?

With our system it doesn't have to be that way. All of our modules seamlessly integrate with each other which means that the relevant pieces of information can be accessed from different places within the system, therefore giving you the big picture at all times.

Integrating our fleet management solution with other financial systems that exist within your business help to process and reduce the manual burden and errors that are often associated with manual data entry.

  Keeping the Fleet Operational

Providing First Line Support

Removing the divide between operations and finance ...

PURCHASING
Has been developed to enable fleet departments to place orders with third party suppliers that relate to services and goods required to support the business. This is usually implemented within operations where external suppliers are used for vehicle maintenance, parts, fuel and for spot and short term hires.  This module provides full auditability and gives users tracebility throughout the life cycle of each order raised. It offers a comprehensive goods receipt function as well as a matching facility for supplier invoices.

  FINANCIAL INTERFACES
Whilst 'financial' modules can be used in isolation, they can also be linked to your existing financial system. We have experience of working with off-the-shelf systems such as CODA, SAP, JD Edwards, JBA, Infinium and Powersolve to name but a few. Our standard Financial API also allows us to tailor our core solution to integrate with bespoke ledger systems that may exist within businesses.

SALES INVOICING
The system can be used in isolation or linked to your existing financials and has been designed with operations in mind where services and goods such as maintenance, fuel, vehicles and spare parts are provided to third parties. Charging profiles can be created by customer, contract or location and can include individual or generic uplifts and discounts across all items detailed on the invoice. Invoices can be generated on a one-for-one basis or can be consolidated for a given period of time. Additional line items can also be added as required. The revenue can be assigned to the relevant cost centres set up within the system.

  CONGESTION CHARGING
If your employees have to travel in and around the London congestion charging zone, then this is a tool that you should consider using. It has been developed to help you manage the administrative aspects of Congestion Charging. Accreditation profiles can be assigned to vehicles which will ensure that charges are valid and appropriately assigned once the records are received from Transport For London. These records can be received in an electronic form and then automatically uploaded into the system. All costs once verified are then assigned to the appropriate vehicles, which then contribute to the full life costs of that vehicle.
